WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS BY PHONE SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP BEFORE YOUR NEXT PRESCRIPTION IS DUE.
Repeat Prescriptions
We are currently operating a 72 working hours repeat prescription collection protocol.
The green repeat form issued with each prescription can be used for repeat prescription requests. You can order your prescription by:
- Sending a stamped addressed envelope with request attached.
- By leaving your repeat order in the repeat prescription box in reception.
- On line at www.patient-services.co.uk - you need to be registered to use this service. BELVOIR PATIENTS PLEASE PUT "BELVOIR" IN THE COMMENTS BOX EVERYTIME A PRESCRIPTION IS ORDERED
