Did you know that SouthEast Family Practice issues over 14000 prescriptions on a weekly basis?

The practice has a system to try to best ensure these medicines are issued safely and correctly, with medicines regularly reviewed by prescribers.

We do our best to ensure your prescriptions are ready for you, but sometimes issues may arise that make this more difficult.  Please try to order medicines in good time and please don't phone to check on the progress of your prescription, as this may make it more difficult for patients with urgent medical problems.

If you are having recurrent issues with your prescriptions- please DO contact the practice, so that we can try to help resolve any difficulties.

We have now completed our IT System Change.

 As part of this transition, more than 4,000 patients need to re-register for our new online services, Patient Access.

Our team is currently working through this process, you DO NOT need to contact us.  We will email you your registration details in due course.  Please remember to check your spam and junk folders if you have not received an email.

If you need to order a repeat prescription before your new Patient Access account is set up, please use the temporary prescription ordering link below.  This service is available only while we complete the re-registration process.  Once your new Patient Access account is active, you should return to ordering your prescription through Patient Access.

Due to the large number of patients requiring re-registration for online services, this process will take some time.  We appreciate your patience and understanding while we continue to complete this significant IT change.
