WHILST WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ONLINE MEDICATION REQUESTS
Our current system for ordering online medication requests will be unavailable from 15th June at 6pm. This is due to our clinical system change - at present you can no longer register for this service. When we are live with our new system you will be able to register for our new Patient Access online service. Further information and instructions on how to register will be provided once computer system update has been completed. In the meantime until 15th June please continue to order using our patient services - see link below. After this date you can use the link above or leave your written request at reception.
Repeat Prescriptions
We are currently operating a 72 working hours repeat prescription collection protocol, but aim to manage all requests as quickly as possible
The green repeat form issued with each prescription can be used for repeat prescription requests. You can order your prescription by:
- Sending a stamped addressed envelope with request attached.
- By leaving your repeat order in the repeat prescription box in reception.
